Return and Refund Policy
Nature of the Platform's Role
RVBazaar.in, operated by Infinno Solution LLP (referred to as "The Company"), functions exclusively as an intermediary and facilitator. Our primary service is to connect buyers/renters with sellers/listers of Recreational Vehicles (RVs), camping equipment, camping grounds, accessories, and parts, as well as related third-party services. The Company does not own, lease, or directly provide the listed items or services. Consequently, all terms pertaining to the cancellation of bookings, purchases, or rentals, and the processing of any associated refunds, are primarily governed by the individual policies established by the respective sellers/listers.
Seller's Exclusive Responsibility for Policies
Each seller/lister on the Platform is solely responsible for defining, communicating, and enforcing their own specific refund and cancellation policies for their listed RVs, camping equipment, camping grounds, accessories, parts, and services. These policies may vary significantly between sellers and listings. It is the express and sole responsibility of the User (buyer/renter) to review and understand the specific refund and cancellation policy of the relevant seller before initiating any booking, purchase, or rental transaction through the Platform. The Company shall not be held liable for any misunderstanding or non-compliance with a seller's individual policy.
Platform's Limited Involvement in Cancellations and Refunds
The Company does not directly process or accept cancellation requests from Users, nor does it issue primary refunds for transactions conducted between Users on the Platform. All requests for cancellation or refund must be directed by the User (buyer/renter) directly to the respective seller/lister with whom the transaction was initiated. The Company's role is strictly limited to:
a. Facilitating the display of seller-provided cancellation and refund policies on their listings.
b. Providing communication channels to assist Users in contacting sellers for such requests.
c. Processing its own administrative charges as outlined below.
The Company is not a party to, nor responsible for, the resolution of disputes arising from a seller's cancellation or refund policy, or the execution thereof. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, or damages arising from or related to the cancellation or refund of transactions between Users.
Company's Administrative Charges and Refunds
In the event that a seller/lister, in accordance with their own cancellation and refund policy, agrees to issue a refund to a User (buyer/renter) for a transaction facilitated by the Platform, The Company will reduce or refund its applicable administrative charges (e.g., service fees, commission) associated with that specific transaction.
a. The reduction or refund of The Company's administrative charges will be processed upon confirmed notification from the seller of a legitimate refund being issued to the User.
b. This reduction or refund of administrative charges applies only to The Company's fees and does not imply any responsibility or liability for the primary refund amount, which remains the exclusive obligation of the seller/lister.
c. Any non-recoverable third-party payment processing fees incurred by The Company may be deducted from the administrative charge refund, where applicable.
User's Obligation for Direct Resolution
Users (buyers/renters) acknowledge and agree that any dispute or request regarding cancellations or refunds must be resolved directly with the seller/lister. Users are advised to maintain all records of communication and documentation related to their transactions and any subsequent cancellation or refund requests.
